A: Portable air cleaners with a filter and a fan can reduce particle levels substantially. Make sure the filter is High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) quality. Some air cleaners have an ultraviolet (UV) light, which can also kill viruses if the air is exposed long enough.
