• 9:00 AM: Welcome
• 9:15 – 10:00 AM: Lab Tours and Demos
• 10:00 – 10:45 AM: Rapid Presentations
• 10:45 – 12:00 PM: Group Discussion and Breakout Groups
• 12:00 PM: Box lunch

RApid Presentations:

Attendees were able to submit very short presentations (2 minutes, 2 slides) answering the questions: “What are you working on? Who are you serving? What have you learned?”

Group Activity:

During the group activity, participants were prompted to answer the questions: “What does your program need to be successful that you can’t do in-house? What does your program have to offer?”

Participants then grouped the insights and then broke into discussion groups. To see the results on a Miro Board, click here.
