Binita has MS degrees in Energy and Environmental Management and in Environment Education and Sustainable Development. Tami&#8217;s inquiry into rethinking ineffective delivery systems and her observations about the role of participant self-efficacy led to the Cooperative&#8217;s initiation in 2016. She has more than 20 years of experience in research and programs focused on women\u2019s empowerment, maternal and child health, HIV\/AIDS, nutrition, community mobilization, and human resource capacity building, and currently heads the <a href=\"https:\/\/publichealth.jhu.edu\/departments\/international-health\/research-and-practice\/centers-and-research-groups\/research-groups\/the-self-empowerment-and-equity-for-change-initiative-see-change\">SEE Change Institute<\/a> at Hopkins. Anita is co-developer of the Empowered Entrepreneur Training Handbook and advised on adaptation of the exercises beyond entrepreneurs.
