The emPOWER Cooperative seeks to identify how training and mentoring tools can strengthen agency, break gender stereotypes, improve understanding about energy services, and broaden perspectives of life options; and to contribute evidence that these tools influence decision making and resource use priorities, leading to lasting change.<\/span><\/p>\n
